RETURN POLICY
TO RETURN FOR REFUND:
Please read the following instructions carefully:
- Please ensure that your item(s) are eligible for return by making sure they meet the following criteria
:- Is not a sale item(s): Items purchased at any type of discount ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. - Products like oils that been used an excessive amount, like half a bottle of oil are not eligible for a refund.

- Return window for a refund is 20 days from date purchased.
- All prizes, including product giveaway winners, are not eligible for return, exchange or re-sell. -
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If a return shipping label is provided by Kumi the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 3-5 days to process the credit on your account.
- Shipping Charges incurred during checkout are not refundable. Only the total cost of the item(s) purchased will be refunded.
TO RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
Return shipping costs are not covered by Kumi. Once your return/exchange is approved through e-mail, you will be emailed the address and information needed to return your product. Please note: when shipping your item(s) back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Kumi is not responsible for any lost exchange/return packages, because of this we do suggest that you use a shipping and delivery confirmation on your return so you can track it. Once the product is received we will ship out the exchange.
CANCELLED ORDERS:
Our Shipping times are within a 24 business day window and cannot always be cancelled or stopped after the order has been placed. A 5% restocking fee will be charged on cancelled orders to cover the credit card processing fees as well as the labor required to fulfill the request.
